Davaonenos need not to worry watching their blood pressure sky-rocket, if you’re a fan of eating in fast-food chains, street food or anything that has something to do with red meats, bad cholesterol, with no fiber at all – there’s a restaurant catered for health buff like you!
To compliment their healthy array of pasta dishes, restaurant owners/entrepreneur Bob and Noreen Wong of Rego’s Pasta Express, opened a new restaurant and called it Leafy Green Things – a perfect place after a rigorous work-out with their motto “Salad for everybody, Get Fresh, Be Fab!”
You got to try their Rosie’s Sallata – fresh romaine lettuce and red leaf lettuce, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, grapes, walnuts, onions, parmesan cheese, leafy’s house dressing.
So ahh so heavenly Bacon-Grilled Chicken Wrap – spring mix, bacon, cucumbers, red onions, cheddar cheese, grilled chicken, garlic sauce.

I’m not that kind of vegetarian and green foods lover. Even so, it is true that this kind of foods is very healthy, which is good for the body. I think it is important that all the fine dining restaurants here in the Philippines will have this kind of foods for the sake of our health.
