November 11, 2011 or 11-11-11 was a very special day for me, for those few who know or knew its a special day every person should have. 🙂
As usual, I indulge and as much as possible reward myself on good food, then, I heard this new place from friends about this new Japanese Restaurant that offers Japanese Inspired Cuisine by the name of Sushi Dito, once you enter the quaint restaurant – a bright and warm ambiance inviting to every hungry diner.
They’ve got arrays of Japanese inspired food ranging from tuna, ramen, soup, teriyaki, sashimi, maki and other specialties ready to tickle every palate.
From the menu, I chose the Miso Ramen at Php 95.00 per bowl – somewhat has a hint of sweetness, most miso ramen soup base I tried always had some salt flavor, but one is passable. Their Tuna Sashimi dashed with lime berry (limonsito, kalamansi), kikkoman sauce and wasabi – Php 150.00 served fresh and has no fishy after taste.
The heavy-weights among the dragons, Black Dragon – consists of Unagi, Kanikama, Cucumber and Eel Sauce – 4 piece – Php 170.00. I must say are mouth-sized on every bite, quite a tummy filler too.
Want to try it? Go ahead, make your day a meal.
