Phad Thai is Saint Albans winning piece!
Winning 3rd Third Place in the International Fusion Cuisine category under Nutri Pinoy Henyo is no other than the Saint Albans College of Technology. Here’s another Asian Inspired Fusion with a hint of Thailand – Saint Albans Phad Thai
Ingredients:
- thai noodles
- bagoong
- american lemon
- shrimps
- toge
- onion leeks
- onion
- ginger
- lemon grass
- garlic
- tamarind powder
- patis (fish sauce)
- egg
- atsuete powder
- chili
- peanuts
Procedure:
- saute the minced onions, garlic, lemon grass, ginger, chilli then put the bagoong and put some asuete powder to add some color then set aside.
- blanch the noodle until aldente, then set aside.
- heat the wok then put some oil then beat the egg then scramble it then put the onion leeks then add the pre suated condiments then add the noodles then plating.
- add the blanch shirmps to the top of the noodles and put the sliced american lemon on the side.
