Roaster Bell Pepper soup recipe
Soup based Roasted Bell Pepper Soup recipe of the same pairings of International Fusion Cuisine category of the Nutri Pinoy Henyo Series.
Ingredients:
- 2 T Butter
- 1 pc Onion
- 2 T Flour
- 2 pcs Chicken bouillon, dissolved in 4 cups Water
- 2 pcs. Red Bell pepper, grilled, seeded and pureed
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup cream
- 200 grams Tuna, boiled
Procedure:
Melt butter and sauté onions in saucepan, add flour and sauté until slightly browned. Stir in stock, pureed peppers, paprika and salt. Pour in the cream and simmer. Serve garnished with boiled fish and leeks or green onions.
