Garden Salad with Coconut Vinegar Dressing

Garden Salad recipe doused in coconut vinegar

Next is Garden Salad with Coconut Vinegar Dressing under salads belonging to International Fusion Cuisine category, food set-up in line with Imbaw Chowder.

Ingredients:

  • 6 pcs large onion rings
  • bunch of romaine and iceberg lettuce (to be assembled)
  • red and green bell pepper
  • carrots
  • singkamas
  • cucumber
  • cherry tomato

Dressing:

  • 1 cup Coconut vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • Brown sugar (to taste)

Procedure:

  • Arrange cut vegetables in an onion ring until full in a platter. Set aside. Chill.
  • Prepare the dressing.
  • Place onion ring of veggies in an individual platter, serve with vinegar dressing on the side.
