Garden Salad recipe doused in coconut vinegar

Ingredients:
- 6 pcs large onion rings
- bunch of romaine and iceberg lettuce (to be assembled)
- red and green bell pepper
- carrots
- singkamas
- cucumber
- cherry tomato
Dressing:
- 1 cup Coconut vinegar
- ¼ tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- Brown sugar (to taste)
Procedure:
- Arrange cut vegetables in an onion ring until full in a platter. Set aside. Chill.
- Prepare the dressing.
- Place onion ring of veggies in an individual platter, serve with vinegar dressing on the side.
