Cream Dory Recipe is quite tasty!
This is a deep-fried Cream Dory fish fillet recipe version using freshwater catfish variety? – Bambi’s Malunggay Encrusted Cream Dory with Aloli Sauce.
Ingredients:
- malunggay
- cream dory
- potato starch
- egg
- bread Crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- mayo
- garlic
- oil
- american lemon
Procedure:
- Wash the Malunggay , then wash and slice the cream dory into thick fillet , slice the bread and season the dory together with the malunggay leaves.
- For the aloli sauce , mix all the ingredients Mayo , lemon , juice , lemon nest and the toasted garlic and some garlic oil , Then garnish it with fresh onion leeks.
