Cabbage rolls recipe is delicious and abundant, a staple diet on most Korean recipes, and always present on any menu.
It’s not a difficult recipe as some would say, the prep time is short, doable within a limited time frame, and the ingredients you can grab at a nearby market or grocer in your area.
You can plan and recommend this meal ahead of time within a week.

Ingredients:
- 1 medium-size white cabbage cut and set aside
- 1 tofu 100 grams crushed and drained
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 size carrot finely chopped
- 2 spring onions cut into rings
- 1 dried glass noodles soaked in water for 1-2 hours, drained
- pinch of salt to taste
- pinch of pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Put tofu, chopped carrot, spring onion rings, eggs, salt, and pepper a mixing bowl.
- Blend all ingredients using a wooden spoon.
- Cut glass noodles place in the same bowl and mix, set aside
- Boil water and steam cabbage for 15 minutes. Remove and cool down.
- Put mixed ingredients in cabbage and roll.
- Place in steamer for 5 minutes. Set aside and cool down
- Prepare soy sauce with vinegar in a small dipping saucer or bowl
- Serve cabbage rolls
