The Budae Jjigae (Korean Army Stew) has always been one of my all-time hearty favorite meals during cold weather whenever I crave spicy Korean food. If you’re a fan of fancy Korean spicy food, I promise this won’t disappoint you!

Ingredients
- Sausages (250g, 8.3oz)
- Ham (250g, 8.3oz)
- White cup mushrooms
- Fish cakes (150g, 5oz)
- Tofu (firm, 250g, 8.3oz)
- Onion
- Spring onions
- Baked beans (100g, 3.3oz)
- Udon noodles (100g, 3.3oz)
- Korean chilli powder (1.5 tbs)
- Korean chilli paste (1 tbs)
- Soy sauce (1.5 tbs)
- Minced garlic (2 tbs)
- Pepper (1 tsp)
