Aling Foping’s Halo Halo brings me to sweet heaven
I dropped by today June 21, 2008, Saturday at Matina Town Square and went to Aling Foping’s Halo-Halo to get myself some refreshments, I looked at their menu and chose Bacon Lettuce Tomato (BLT), and a can of diet coke.
I was probably the first one to dropped by carrying my laptop in preparation for this blog post (imho).
Their BLT is great! the bacon is extra crispy, lettuce, sliced tomato is somewhat from the bigger varieties I have a hunch this tomato came from Eden Nature Park, because they grow tomatoes in hydrophonics and also organically healthy.
After I was through, I ordered their fabolous halo-halo, but I opted for the regular one, because I was keeping my budget short.. hehehe… they handed me a piece of paper to choose the ingredients I want; I checked the sago, leche flan, kaong, pinipig, a few minutes later it was served on time.
The crushed ice is what I like, it melts directly on my tongue, compared to other halo halo i had, some crushed ice are hard to swallow and mix, this one is frothy and enjoyed every spoon. So drop by here and enjoy.

Try the flavorful durian halohalo at Ga-Lor Farms located at Crossing Lanao, Kidapawan City. It is a money well spent. For P45 around eight ingredients.

I really liked it there. The ice they use is what makes the halohalo different from the others. What also took my attention was the origin of the name Fopings… it is posted there hahaha!
