Ingredients:
- native mushrooms
- egg
- onions
- garlic
- chicken stock
- onion leeks
- vinegar ( tuba )
- flour
- ginger
- sili haba
Procedure:
- sauté the onion and garlic and ginger then put the stock then put the mushroom then mix then put some flour to thick the soup then garnish it with onion leeks, then mix the egg.
