Bambi Malunggay Encrusted Cream Dory with Aloli Sauce Bambis Malunggay Encrusted Cream Dory with Aloli Sauce

This is a deep fried fish fillet version using fresh water cream dory –  Bambi’s Malunggay Encrusted Cream Dory with Aloli Sauce.

Ingredients:

  • malunggay
  • cream dory
  • potato starch
  • egg
  • bread Crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mayo
  • garlic
  • oil
  • american lemon

Procedure:

  • Wash the Malunggay , then wash and slice the cream dory into thick fillet , slice the bread and season the dory together with the malunggay leaves.
  • For the aloli sauce , mix all the ingredients Mayo , lemon , juice , lemon nest and the toasted garlic and some garlic oil , Then garnish it with fresh onion leeks.
