Baby Puto Eatery: Special Palabok atbp.

Baby Puto - Special Palabok - 01

Thank God It’s Friday! Another food and eating out experience coming along the way!

My colleagues planned to eat out and I immediately jump in without thinking! no doubt when food comes crosses my mind I find it hard to say no.

Next food trip we’re heading to is Baby Puto - this quaint eatery has been serving folks all walks of life simply because they’re serving food for the masses – making it affordable. This eatery has been around since 1994, most of the neighboring food/drinking stalls used to be a drinking area, closed down because drinking is prohibited – I could tell, it might be annoying to passersby, causing somewhat trouble and probably competition then is stiff.

Baby Puto - Special Palabok - 02

Special Palabok or SPPhp 26.00 more sliced hard-boiled eggs, and crushed chicharon, – yummy! regular ones – Php 18.00

Baby Puto - Hot Tsokolate with Milk

Hot Tsokolate or Sikwate with MilkPhp 16.00, sweatingly soothing!

They managed get through the hard and tough times and yet still deliver reasonably priced food and that what makes people coming back for more! :)

Baby Puto is located at #26 Eatery Sec. Agdao Public Market, Davao City, Mobile No. 0910-767-3934.

Thank you Sherie Makren Donaire Travero for the food. :)

I love palabok! It’s just so hard to find one that serves the authentic one. I miss Elyglofan of Pasay City – they serve the best Palabok in Metro Manila (They’re extinct though).

Palabok is a favorite of mine. Palabok and not pansit malabon. Many people are confused with the too. That’s a cheap find for palabok! Ayos ah!

  10. joy says:

wow ang mura naman ng palabok at ng tsokolate-eh, mukhang ang sarap sarap pa, i could seldom find a masarap na palabok here in Metro Manila, most of what i can buy are commercialized na :(

Baby Puto eatery, the name of the eatery is misleading. The first I read the title of your blog is Baby Puto, I’m thinking of a rice cake or “puto” in Tagalog or Filipino. But I was wrong. Anyway Baby Puto eatery is very nice place to dine, especially to order and savor its specialty, Special Palabok. Hhmm… katamtakam… yummy, yummy… :)
